Stacks of plants in trays

Join The Comfrey Project and our Language Café group alongside artist Michael Rakowitz for a green and leafy afternoon of activity, food and music in celebration of The Waiting Gardens of the North,

The plants in this exhibition are home to countries from around the world and represent displaced communities who now live in Newcastle and Gateshead. This event is to celebrate and give thanks to both these communities and those who’ve been part of the exhibition throughout its run.

The plants from this exhibition will then move on to new homes to flourish in local community venues with thanks to The Comfrey Project.
