Getting to Baltic

Baltic is open Wednesday-Sunday 10am-6pm, last entry at 5.45pm.

We're situated on the Quayside in Gateshead, a 10-15 minute walk from Gateshead Town Centre. Baltic is accessible for pedestrians from the Newcastle Quayside over the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.

Go North East Bus Strikes

Go North East buses have confirmed that industrial action will take place from Saturday 28 October. This is an indefinite period of strikes meaning significant disruption to their customers and communities throughout the region.

Go North East are committed to reaching a resolution but in the meantime please leave extra time and adjust your travel plans accordingly. Keep up to date with the strike here and more information on alternate transport options can be found below.
