Join us on Baltic Square to meet the helpful cycling leaders from North East Young Dads & Lads and see how roadworthy your bike is. Trained in bike maintenance, the team will be on hand to assist you in getting your bike ready to ride, putting their skills to the test and working with you to fix any problems where possible.
Although we can’t offer or change any new equipment, we can help you to:
- Clean your bike
- Check brake pads, chains, handle positions, PSI pressure and tyre condition
- Offer advice around any further adjustments you may need
- Offer equipment and stands to use while you’re with us, and help where able
So whether your bike’s been sat gathering dust all winter and you’re keen to get back in the saddle, or it’s feeling the wear-and-tear and in need of a new lease of life, let this be your motivation to get back on two clean and fully inflated wheels.
