Join us for a seascape painting workshop with Qi Fang Colbert.
In this immersive session you will discover the delicacy of painting with ink and water. You will learn different brush techniques to make various expressive strokes, dots, lines and patches which will weave together to form your seascape.
With a complete set of authentic Chinese painting materials at your fingertips, you will step into a realm of relaxation and meditation where water and ink become your companions in creativity.
Qi Fang Colbert is an artist, ceramist, illustrator, art tutor and independent researcher working between art practice and academic research. Qi studied a practice-led PhD in Fine Art at Newcastle University, UK and a MA and BA of Visual Design at Jiangnan University, China.
Refreshments will be provided.
