Honeybee Talks

Every Saturday | 10:30-10:50
Free, drop in

Find out more about Baltic's resident honeybees and the crucial role bees play in our ecosystems in this free tour with Baltic Crew.

Discover facts about our resident rooftop colony and gain a deeper appreciation for the natural world. There’ll even be the chance to taste some honey from the rooftop hives, harvested summer 2024 (while stocks last!).

Approximate duration: 20 minutes.

The tours are informal and Baltic Crew share great insight into our rooftop lodgers. Ask at the Hello Desk for further information on where to meet, or listen out for the announcements.

Honeybee Talks are part of Birds, Bees, Bikes & Trees, a three-year partnership between Baltic, North East Young Dads & Lads (NEYDL) and Newcastle University , funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
