Join us for a surface design workshop, customizing shoes and trainers with artist Charlotte Jarps. Charlotte is founder of Jarpz, creating bespoke cycling shoes in collaboration with professional cyclists, teams and brands.
During the workshop, you will learn different hand-painting techniques as Charlotte guides you step-by-step through the design process. She’ll advise you on how to achieve the look you’re after, including how to prep, paint and finish your artwork to a high standard.
Each participant will receive a painting kit, allowing you to finish or touch up your design at home.
Suitable for beginners.
Don't forget to bring:
- A pair of shoes that you want to customise. Shoes should be leather or leather-like (for example, vegan leather). All other materials will be provided on the day.
