Play, Shape, Move | 10:30-15:30
Squares, triangles, circles - shapes are brilliant! How do we make flat shapes 3-dimensional? And what about those funny shapes that don't really have names (yet)? What shape is sky, or jelly or toe-nails? Can shapes be furry or bumpy or shiny? What shapes can you make using your body? How big are shapes, and what colour can they be? Join artist Zoe Allen to explore all kinds of shapes and answer all of these questions together. Help create a large-shaped sculpture and invent some new shapes at the same time.

Shaping Awareness | 11:30-13:00
A mindfulness workshop with Mindful Therapies where we’ll explore the relationship between shapes and self-awareness. 11:30-11:45 - exploring the senses and practising gratitude
11:45-12:00 - making a gratitude grid – using a shaped card, decorate and write what you are grateful for and then slot the pieces together to make a collective gratitude image
12:00-12:15 - simple breathing practices - including ‘box breathing’ where we use the image of a square
12:15-12:30 - short body awareness meditation
12:30-12:45 - mindful movement - focusing on using the body to make shapes
12:45-13:00 - mindful doodling and space for chatting
