Making Station: Make a flag at the back of Quay, inspired by Lubaina Himid’s Our Kisses are Petals. Think about words, colours, patterns and images that mean something special to illustrate your flag.

Green Screen: Transport yourself to an unusual world as you strike a pose in front of the green screen in Quay. This activity is inspired by Phil Collins’ exhibition Ceremony.

Den Making: Build a den using the kit in Quay. This activity takes inspiration from the giant dome that sits in the Idea of North exhibition.

JigsAudio: Draw a picture and record an audio to share your vision with others. This activity has been created in partnership with Newcastle City Futures and Open Lab (Newcastle University).
