Part of Spring Into Action (3-19 April 2026), two weeks of free, nature-themed events and opportunities to be active, creative and celebrate the return of Baltic's beloved wild residents and Spring in all its glory.
Led by the cycling leaders from North East Young Dads & Lads and joined by Cain Scrimgeour, wildlife photographer and rewilding expert from Wild Intrigue, this is a ride with a difference. Entry to Gibside (National Trust) is included, with time to explore over the lunch break.
Open to anyone comfortable riding 18 miles in a supportive group.
Please bring a packed lunch or funds along to pick up food from Baltic Kitchen / along the route. Dress appropriately for the ride and bring spare layers for changing weather.
