A 6-mile ride east along the Gateshead riverside to the Kittiwake Tower Local Nature Reserve (South Shore Road, NE8 3AF), where you'll get up close to nesting kittiwakes before continuing along cycle paths in search of more seabirds and wildlife with North East Young Dads and Lads.
Open to anyone comfortable riding 6 miles in a supportive group.
Dress appropriately for the ride and bring spare layers for a range of weather conditions.
