Join artist Sofia Barton to explore the physical sensations of climate change. Reflect on your mind-body connection through the art of zine-making.

This workshop provides a space to map your personal responses to climate anxiety, using visual art, storytelling, and sensory exploration. We'll delve into how environmental concerns manifest in our bodies and discover tangible ways to foster resilience.

Using simple materials and guided prompts, we’ll craft a unique zine that acts as a personal guide, a tool for grounding, and a form of self-expression. Whether you're navigating sensory sensitivities, seeking emotional clarity, or simply drawn to creative exploration, this session invites you to connect with your inner world and the wider environment
