The Woon Prize aims to find the best emerging fine art talent in the UK today.
Mr Woon is a graduate of Northumbria University and has kindly funded the Woon Prize to profile and enable the next generation of fine artists.
The 2022 Woon Prize is open to all final year undergraduate Fine Art students, and – in recognition of the disruption caused by Covid-19 – to all candidates who graduated from an undergraduate Fine Art programme in 2020 and 2021.
The first prize is a £20,000 fellowship with a 12-month studio space
There are also two generous runner-up prizes of £9,000 and £6,000.
