As part of BALTIC's commitment to tackling racism, co-collaborators Dr. Sheree Angela Matthews, writer and artist, and Amanda McMahon, BALTIC Producer (Education) have co-commission four local Black artists to explore the North East’s Black history through Black contemporary art designed to support schools to tackle racism using art education.
