You’re also invited to join a Heritage Walking Tour, at 19.00, 20.00 & 21.00, where you’ll find out about local histories as you journey from BALTIC 39 to BALTIC Gateshead, with BALTIC Crew.

Take a journey with BALTIC Crew, as you walk from BALTIC 39 down to BALTIC Gateshead, learning about the local history along the way. This Heritage Walking Tour will start with an introduction to BALTIC 39’s Grade II listed building, exploring its history as Ward’s Printing Warehouse. You’ll discover facts about High Bridge and Grey Street, before heading down to the Quayside. Find out more about the seven bridges that cross the River Tyne, and delve into the regeneration of NewcastleGateshead’s Quayside.
