Setting the Table is a four-day congregation of organisers from arts, education and community-oriented projects. Its purpose is to engage with forms of exhibition-making by experimenting with organisational relations between people, things and situations.

Singh has devised a programme of live events, readings and workshops that present a feminist discourse on the voice in performance, in writing and in the making of things. Beginning with the empty gallery, this programme will ultimately generate a ‘performed or workshopped’ exhibition.
The fourth iteration of the annual open submission exhibition is once again held in BALTIC’s project space at BALTIC 39.
Ruby Pester (b. 1986) and Nadia Rossi (b. 1985) live and work in Glasgow. Collaborating, they make work that spans sculpture, performance and installation using a wide variety of media. Immersive performances and social experiments take root in DIY culture with ideas relating to childhood nostalgia, public ceremony and a celebration of the home-made.
