Join us at BALTIC for an evening of films selected by artist Ingrid Pollard, specially chosen for their exploration of landscapes and history in urban and rural settings represented on screen in UK and Black American film. The screening will be introduced by Pollard, currently exhibiting in the group show BALTIC Artists’ Award 2019, and includes a rare chance to see filmmaker Julie Dash’s highly influential first feature, Daughters of the Dust.
